The UFC Fight Night planned for Jaragua do Sol, Brazil on Feb. 15 is filling up fast as two more bouts have been announced to the card.
Featherweight Andy “Little Axe” Ogle (9-3) will face off with Brazil’s own Charles Oliveira (16-4). Also, a lightweight battle between Francisco Trinaldo (13-3) and Jesse Ronsoff (13-3) is in place for the Arena Jaragua.
Ogle was last expected to face Conor McGregor at UFC Fight Night 26, but suffered an injury that kept him out of the bout. Ogle made his return from injury at UFC Fight Night 30 and lost to Cole Miller via unanimous decision. The former TUF competitor currently stands at 1-2 in the Octagon.
Oliveira comes into the fight off of back-to-back losses. He was KO’d by Cub Swanson at UFC 152. Frankie Edgar defeated him at UFC 162.
Jesse Ronson had an 8-fight win streak snapped at his UFC debut against Michel Prazeres. Trinaldo also fell short in his most recent outing against Piotr Hallman. Both men will look to get back on track at the event on Feb. 15.
Headlining UFC Fight Night 36 is a middleweight contest pitting Lyoto Machida opposite Gegard Mousasi.
