Featherweights Jeremy Stephens and Charles Oliveira were announced as the co-main event for the TUF 20 Finale on Dec. 12. The pair of top-ranked fighters will trade leather at The Palms in Las Vegas.
The UFC reported the bout on Tuesday.
Stephens is coming off of a loss to Cub Swanson at UFC Fight Night 44. The decision loss snapped a 3-fight win streak for the Alliance trained athlete. The 28-year-old remains ranked at no. 10 in the 145-pound division.
Oliveira was expected to battle Nik Lentz at UFC Fight Night 50, but fell ill shortly after weigh-ins. Their bout was scratched as a result. Oliveira last submitted Hatsu Hioki in a riveting fight. He has earned a post-fight bonus in each of his last three performances. The Brazilian stands at no. 14 in the rankings.
