Scott Jorgensen (15-10) will look to make a comeback at bantamweight. “Young Guns” will take on TUF 5 finalist Manny Gamburyan (14-8) at UFC Fight Night 71 in San Diego, CA.

Jorgensen, 32, owns a UFC record of 4-6. Known for putting on gritty battles, Jorgensen went 1-3 at flyweight. The Idaho-based fighter last squared off with Wilson Reis and was submitted in the first round. He will look to bound back into the win column against Gamburyan, who recently dropped down to the 135-pound weight class.

Gamburyan made his UFC bantamweight debut against Cody Gibson at UFC 178. “The Anvil” secured a guillotine choke on the prospect to seal a victory. In his second UFC stint, the 33-year-old athlete went 2-3, 1 NC at featherweight before moving to the bantamweight division.

On July 15, the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego will host the fight card which will air on FOX Sports 1. Heavyweights Frank Mir and Todd Duffee will headline the event.
